1. Pray. Get with at least one other parent in your district and pray. Ask God to lead you and bring forward everybody and everything to make this a success in His eyes. Since you are the district coordinator for FFE, this person and their family should agree to pray for you daily. Determine if you want the families to give the educators the video and/or other gifts (we should be able to arrange any good Christian gift at a reasonable cost because of volume). Decide if you want to give a dinner for the educators. Determine the date for the dinner, reserve the facility, and reserve the speaker. We can review costs with you. This step can be done before or after recruiting the prayer families.

2. Ask a parent in each school to be the FFE representative. They will be your coordinator for that school. They will be responsible to recruit praying families for each educator in that school. You also need a FFE representative for the administration and trustees.

3. A one page letter can be given to each family explaining the ministry.

4. The school's coordinator can appoint a prayer family to a specific educator and report all back to you in the attached school report. You will note they have gathered the families' information and communication addresses, such as e-mail address. This address will give you a way of communicating without spending money for paper and postage.

5. Watch and see God work through Christian families and enjoy His work in your community.
